My Personal Experience applying the Panic Away Program
I have suffered from panic attacks for over twelve years. Any increase in stress in my life triggering the attacks. My usual way of dealing with the attacks was to isolate myself, and not put myself in any situations that I wasn’t able to leave quickly and quietly. This obviously impacted badly on my work and my social life.
I was introduced to the Panic Away Program when I was going through a period of high general anxiety, and I hadn’t slept more than three hours a night for five days. The first night I used the One Move Technique, I slept a full eight hours, only waking once and applying the technique again. The results were immediate.
