The Panic Diet
This diet was inspired by a forum thread on panic attack website.
A group of people had decided to try investigating if their nutrition was causing their panic attacks.
As I read this forum thread I got so frustrated for them.
They worked really hard and got to the brink of making breakthroughs and as they got there they would give up and follow some other path.
At the end of the discussion there seemed to be a lot of people who had invested so much emotion in finding the answer with food, that by the end they were quite depressed.
This diet is my best attempt to give anyone trying to help cure their panic attacks a big leap in the right direction.
It may not include every answer.
It provided me with great relief from panic attacks and anxiety.
Its also worked wonders with a lot of people I have worked with.
It’s not a cure.
This diet represents a crutch.
It’s something to lean on while you find the real answers to what causes your panic attacks.
The Panic Diet is a big departure from what you are used too.
I am not asking you to stick to this new diet forever.
All I ask is this:
If you are suffering from panic attacks right now, and want relief. Give it a try for two or three days and see how you feel.
Use it as a tool for relief.
What Causes Panic Attacks?
A lot of things can cause panic attacks
Most of these have a physical cause.
I say this because with a multitude of people once we have found the physical problem and treated it, the panic attacks disappear and the anxiety melts into nothing.
Finding what is wrong with your body takes time.
So what can be done to provide relief today, right now?
If you dive deep into the physical causes of panic attacks you find three culprits – Stress on strained systems in your body, vitamin deficiencies and an inability to deal with toxins.
So how do you provide relief?
- Reduce the most amount of overall stress the body is feeling
- Cater for deficiencies by providing exactly what the body requires
- Reduce the toxic load by providing a diet that’s easily absorbed
This diet is not difficult to do, but it is a major departure away from your standard American diet.
