The Panic Method

The Panic Method is a self help process developed to actually find a cure for panic attacks.

It the same process I used for myself.

It takes graft and time but it works wonders.

Before I get into the nuts and bolts of it … I have something that I want to quickly run past you.

You see … if you mess this part up (it’s a before-you-start mindset) — then no matter what I show you here … you aren’t going to get any long term cure.

The sooner you realize that you are responsible for you own health and you have the power to cure yourself – the sooner you can move on to getting real results.

And that’s what this system is all about.

And there are two panic attack assumptions:

  • Panic attacks have a physical cause
  • By supporting or curing these physical problems, you cure your panic attacks

I know I am opening up a hornets nest here and i don’t want to totally alienate everyone who believes in the mental aspect of panic attacks.

If this is your case, then here’s what i propose.

If you believe the path to curing panic attacks is through processes like CBT, then by all means continue.

However, the symptoms of panic attacks are physical, surely supporting and reducing those symptoms will give you more space to work through the mental issues?

Right, lets get into it.

Let me show you the system that guaranteed to get you results.

It’s empowering, it never fails and is guaranteed to give you more information about curing yourself than anything else.

  1. You look for people who have the same symptoms as you, but don’t think they have panic attacks or anxiety. (I think you will be amazed at how many people with similar symptoms to yours have cured themselves)
  2. You see how they cured themselves, and you work out a plan to test this
  3. You work through this plan and see if you have any improvement. (the example we go through in the next three pages would help at least 80% of you.)
  4. You use your doctor as a consultant for advice and guidance while doing this.

When you follow this process two things will happen

  • You will learn more about yourself than any doctor will ever be able to know
  • You will feel better – there’s something invigorating about being on a plan, being proactive. You have a purpose. A mission.

Panic attack sufferers who follow this process can only improve.

Why?

Because you will discover that your bodies physical symptoms that have physical cause’s that can be remedied.

Using your symptoms you test and tweak. What works you keep, what doesn’t you throw away.

Point is … you’re always moving forward. It’s called momentum. It’s powerful.

Stopping. Giving up. Thinking you are helpless the minute you hit a problem or experience resistance…

… only results in you learning nothing and getting depending on others for your own health.

It’s true.

You already know this.

Working this process allows for continual improvements.

You water and nurture what is working (continuously), and remove elements that aren’t (continuously).

This is how you get cured…forever.
